THESE BENCHMARK PERFORMANCE STANDARDS ARE USED AS A GUIDE TO EVALUATE AND SCORE PERFORMANCE AGAINST THE WEIGHTED PERFORMANCE ELEMENTS. THIS SHEET MUST BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH BENCHMARK JOB DESCRIPTION AND PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES.
